At Urjas Life Smart Food Kitchen, every meal is freshly prepared using premium quality ingredients after your order is placed. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure food safety and quality.
๐ฝ Freshly Prepared Food
All meals, nutrition bowls, healthy drinks, snacks and desserts are prepared fresh after receiving your order.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, returned food cannot be accepted once delivered.

Returns are not accepted for:

Once the order has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

A refund may be approved only in the following situations:

- โ Damaged or spilled food during delivery
- โ Order cancelled by Urjas Life Smart Food Kitchen
- โ Payment deducted but order not confirmed
- โ Order could not be delivered due to our operational issue
All refund requests are subject to verification.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

- ๐ Registered mobile number
- โฐ Report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds may not be approved in situations such as:

- โ Customer unavailable during delivery
- โ Change of mind after food preparation
- โ Food ordered by mistake
- โ Delay caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control
- โ Personal taste preference after consuming the food

Once your refund request is approved:

Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible because every order is freshly prepared.
